Dr. Jay,

I liked the way you covered the topics of importance of food, seasonal modifications required in the diet and relationship of energy and seasonal changes. “Kitchen Pharmacy” included very practical tips of use of spices in natural remedies which covers common ailments like constipation, bloating, indigestion etc. – very useful information. You explained Ayurvedic approach to our health in a practical and layman’s language. The webinars were very informational, practical and easy to understand.

Thank you for taking time and effort to educate us. I would like you to maybe, summarize this information in the form of a booklet or a handout.

Keep up the excellent work.

Dr. Jay,

The talks have been to the point, methodical, within the time frame and yet descriptive. One can get the essence of how the ancient knowledge of Ayurveda still stands today. Information about Daily routine, seasonal routine, use of spices was very useful. I would like to see a printout of all the pages in a small book form, if possible. Thanks for arranging the series and spreading the Wisdom of Ayurveda.

Thanks again!
